Rodway Planning Consultancy is a Town Planning Practice based in Shoreham-by-Sea in the South of England.
The company operates generally across the southeast of England region, and has significant experience in dealing with Local Planning Authorities in West and East Sussex, Surrey, Kent and London. However, we are equally happy to travel further afield to provide you with our planning services.
The company has approximately 20 years of combined experience as planning professionals with significant experience in both public and private sectors. The consultancy services that we offer are extensive. We cover every aspect of the Town and Country Planning spectrum. Whether you seek a short or long-term planning solution we will be able to assist.
Our services include site appraisals, co-ordination of planning application submissions, preparation of letters of representation/objection, presentation to Planning Committees, planning appeal submissions and Local Development Framework representations. Our clients currently include a number of developers, as well as private individuals.
